Nebius Signs $27 Billion AI Infrastructure Deal with Meta

Nebius (NASDAQ: NBIS) Group N.V. today announced a five-year AI infrastructure agreement with Meta, aimed at accelerating the growth of its AI cloud business. The contract, which has a total value of up to approximately $27 billion, strengthens the existing collaboration between the two companies.

Under the terms of the primary agreement, Nebius will provide $12 billion in dedicated capacity over a five-year period. This deployment is expected to be one of the first large-scale implementations of the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform.

Key operational details include:

Timeline: Nebius is scheduled to begin delivering this capacity in early 2027.

Geography: The dedicated capacity will be distributed across multiple global locations.

Additional Purchase Commitment: Meta has committed to purchasing up to an additional $15 billion in compute capacity from upcoming Nebius clusters over the same five-year window.

Nebius currently plans to sell the remaining capacity from these upcoming clusters to third-party customers within its AI cloud ecosystem.

Arkady Volozh, founder and CEO of Nebius, stated that the agreement supports the build-out and growth of the company's core AI cloud operations. Despite the scale of this new contract, Nebius confirmed that its financial guidance for the 2026 fiscal year remains unchanged.

Headquartered in Amsterdam, Nebius focuses on providing a full-stack platform for AI developers, covering data training through to production deployment. This agreement follows recent industry moves by other major infrastructure providers to secure long-term, high-capacity contracts with hyperscale partners.
